You may have noticed that Bob sang "A person WHOM you meet" rather than "THAT you meet." Ralph Nader spotted this grammatical oversite back when he appeared on the "Put Down the Duckie" special in '88, and suggested the change for when he and Bob sang "PIYN" along with Martina Navratilova and Barbara Walters.

Bob was adopted.
Hence his fascination with the people
currently living in his neighborhood.

1. Cartoon: ADVENTURE! A man and woman escape a boulder, a crocodile, and other obstacles. (EKA: Episode 2404)
2. Muppets: Ernie and Bert: Against Bert's will, Ernie plays a game with him in which he says a word which is the opposite of every word Bert emphasizes. When Bert finally agrees to PLAY, Ernie becomes stumped, since he can't figure out of the opposite of the word PLAY.
That's Jeff Goldblum.

Yes, this is a cool episode. You can never go wrong with Jeff Goldblum. And now we've got another verse to "People in Your Neighborhood". And I agree; that teddy bear bit does bring "The Producers" to memory. Wonder if Jeff is as good at going haywire as Gene Wilder. Perhaps someone should try to take that bear and find out.
Incidentally, it's a wonder to me Big Bird didn't mention Radar at the sight of that bear.
