Unbreakable Promise Ep 16

Sorry. This episode might be a little confusing. If you don't get it, let me know . I'll do my best to explain it. I'm gonna try to write a episode daily. Lets see how long that lasts. :)

***Miley's perspective***
Once Dr. Jonas left, I was able to let my tears fall freely. I can't believe this. I failed to kill myself, then Nick and his brothers get into a fight with their mother.
Oh God, it was horrible. They were screaming at each other, and it is all my fault. Mr. Jonas would not, or could not meet my eyes. I feel horrible.
A knock on the door startles me. I wipe my eyes quickly trying to get rid of the evidence. The knocker enters. Without waiting for a response.
It's Nick.
I don't say anything. Waiting for him to speak first.
Nick comes and sits down next to me on my bed. I move over. making room.
"Miley..." He says with a sigh.
"I'm sorry..." I squeak.
He just looks at me.
I meet his gaze.
There was something weird about his gaze. His eyes.. they were not brown, but red. The iris of his eyes in my memory were brown. His whole face was off. It all looked odd. Maybe it was because I was plan sober. I was not on any medication to make me loony. I was suppose to take some. I guess it slipped Nick's mind. Not that I gave him any help. Or maybe Dr. Jonas injected me with something so I could be loony. I am still undecided.
"Miley!" Nick says a little sharp.
I snap back. "Yes?" I ask in a small voice.
"Pay attention." He said sharply. I automatically snap into more attention than I already was. I try to pay attention. It was hard. I have gone for a long time, zoning everything out. His tone also caught me off guard. He always spoke to me in a soft voice. Patient. His voice now was anything but patient.
"How could you! Do you know how stupid it was! How selfish! I tried so hard! So hard to help you get better. I guess you are getting worse! You know what? I give up! I dedicated myself to you! It was all useless. You are going to an asylum. Or to live with your mother. I can't, won't take care of you anymore." Nick yells at me.
Nick walks out of the room. Slamming the door behind him.
I was shocked. Tears leak from my eyes. I continue to cry into my pillow. I let out a ear-piercing scream.
I feel arms shaking me violently. I open my eyes to see Nick leaning over me.
When He notices my eyes are open he pulls me to his chest. Hugging me tightly.
I cry into his chest. Not caring.
"Shh.." He murmurs. "I'm here. Don't worry. I'm here." He continues to whisper calming words to me.
When I finally calm down, he releases me.
"What's wrong?" He asks. With concern in his BROWN eyes.
I shake my head.
He sighs.
"Don't leave me." I whispered.
He looks at me confused.
I tell him all about my dream. As I finish telling him the story, he pulls me into his arms once again.
"Don't worry." He comforts me. "It was just a bad dream. I promise, no SWEAR to you. I will Never ever leave you. My promise is unbreakable. No matter what. I will always be here for you. I will help you get better, If it is the last thing I do. I swear."
He hugs me for a little bit longer.
When he releases me he tucks me into bed.
As he turns around i blurt. "Don't leave me!"
He turns around smiling.
I move over. Making room for him.
He gets into my bed next to me.
I get closer to him. He puts his arm around me. I smile. Drifting off to sleep.
