Obama chooses Joe Biden as VP WTF? Change=same old

The Stench of Truth (70). It was a surprise to few when Obama chose Biden to be the VP. He supposedly shores up Obama's lack of foreign policy experience. Obama has touted "change" but his VP choice should tell it all, change equals the same old, same old. Biden is an old timer, insider, party loyalist. He's plagued with charges of plagiarism. He has made some disparaging comments about Indian Americans. He's a master of double talk as he changed his position on Iraq from no set timetable of troop withdrawal to bring the troops home now while claiming his postion hasn't changed. Huh? His vaunted piece of legislation the VAWA (violence against women act) was not solely authored by him as he led people to believe for a long time. He quietly aknowledged that a staffer helped write it after taking full credit for it. He's an egomaniac who'll go on and on about himself. So much for change. Apparently Obama's idea of change involves everything staying the same.
