Braid Removal

*This is a video with clips in chronological order of me removing my braids.
*What I did:
1) straighten braids with hot water so that I can know where to cut.
2) cut braids (at the length of my hair to save time.)
3) detangle with WIDE shower comb
4) olive oil saturation for 30 minutes
5) Shampoo with cream of nauture.
6) Diluted Apple Cider Vinegar for scalp cleanse
7) Condition with Aussie Moist Cond.
8) Deep condition with cap under dryer for 25 mins.
9) Trim( 1 inch) and style.

*Also, please excuse me for coughing and clearing my throat. I was sick.
*Please do not be offended by the song I sang, it WAS NOT directed at anyone, its a song my cousin used to sing all the time and it caught on. Again, PLEASE don't be offended. I mean no harm.

congratulations on the growth...yay!!! You look like you have a great relationship with your mom and that in itself is a blessing. could you post some pics of the final outcome your hairstyle looks like it was really cute. i'm currently 17 wks post relaxer myself so any styling tips i can steal would be great.

@dksj1980 My mom is my best friend, I am very glad I have her support in my transition. ( she did my hair for he that night.) Yes! I would be more than happy to post pics from that style! Congrats on the start of your transition. Please keep me posted on your progress!

@butterfly08kiss The hair is synthetic. I had individuals put in and then I had it curled on the ends with hot water.
