I think I've become sooooo much happier as a result of feminism. I have become a truly empowered and confident woman as a result of feminism, and it has taught me to never settle for less than what I deserve.

I'm an undergraduate psychology major and I've spent a lot of time researching the history of the field, and it amazes me that today, as a woman, I have the opportunity to expect proper care of my mind and my body from my doctor and other health care professionals. It seems so simple but I've read horrific things about what women have gone through throughout the years. Thank you thank you to feminism for giving me that -huge- wow. Great video :)

Are you talking about jobs and pay? If so, then it's not because of feminism. You get what you deserve because certain people will get into trouble if you don't get what you deserve :)
