London Summer Olympics 2012 - More Track & Field + Women's Soccer
The 2012 London Summer Olympics are here! Track & Field continues with hurdles. Plus, team sports emerge with women's soccer and men's basketball.

Athletic events are officially underway, the US Women's soccer team kicks their way into the semis and is the all-around gymnastics champion Gabby Douglas ready to take home another gold? I'm Heather and it's all coming up on this edition of Olympics Buzz.
Track and field action heats up at Olympic Park, with American men looking to repeat their Beijing sweeps in both the 400 meters and 400 meter hurdles.
LaShawn Merritt, who took home the gold in 2008, looks to repeat in the 400 meters, but he's expected to face tough competition from Grenada's Kirani James, who edged him in this event at the 2011 World Championships.
In the 400 meter hurdles, defending gold and silver medalists Angelo Taylor and Kerron Clement may face a challenge in repeating from Great Britain's David Greene.
Hope Solo and the women's U.S. soccer team, who have given up just two goals in the tournament so far, take on Canada in the women's semifinals. And in other team sports, the U.S. men's basketball team takes on Argentina. And don't miss Flying Squirrel Gabby Douglas in her signature event, the uneven bars final.
