I love your 94 and 99 Suburban and your 2001 Excursion.

Hey wgcHHO! I have a 2000 Ford Excursion V10 6.8 a U.S. import. I live in Kuwait and the Excursion V10 we're never sold in Kuwait, and what I love about it is towing my next door neighbor's who has a Chevy Suburban Z71 also a U.S. import. He was saying to me " Bring it on Ford boy!" Then I said " Okay, let's see if Chevy boy can do it" He tried to tow my SUV, but the poor Suburban can't do it, because its too weak, but when I tried to tow his SUV, I towed it so easy as if I'm not towing anything

You might get better results if you wire the cells in parallel and run them at a slightly higher amperage.
You definitely want to go with stainless steel if you want more producton, just to be safe. It wont explode like glass, but even then I'd want a blow off valve.

Thanks, I will. Yes they are glass mason jars. This is my prototype and is temporary. If all goes as well as I expect, I will recreate the system using clear plastic.
Both air bags had deployed, but never touched me. the transfer case broke loose when it hit the base of the tree. The coupler is what broke, not the transfer case itself. I towed it home with the Suburban. When I bought the Excursion, I towed the Suburban home. The point of the story is that if I has been in a smaller car when I hit the trees, I could have easily died, or been severely injured.

For those of you who like to bash big SUVs, this is why I drive them. A couple of weeks ago I was out of town and coming home. It was raining and very dark. I wasn't familiar with the area. I was driving down the road and ran out of road at a T-intersection at 40mph. Previous drivers had taken out the caution signs and the stop sign was twisted, so it didn't reflect well. I hit two 10 inch trees and knocked them over. I switch to 4x4, backed out and drove 5 miles when the transfer case fell out.

Then I said to him "BUILT FORD TOUGH!". Anyway, guess how much I pay for fill up my Excursion? $31!. As you may know, Kuwait is an oil exporting country that's why we have cheap gas and we pay $.79 a gallon. Many people in Kuwait drive Tahoes, Yukons, Yukon XL's, Suburbans, Silverados, Sierras, Avalanches, like there everywhere on the roads of Kuwait.

Besides my Excursion, I have a 1999 Suburban with a 5.7L. I have towed each with each other. The Excursion got 9.5mpg and the Suburban got 10.5. The Excursion seemed less stressed, but the bigger engine drinks more gas. The Suburban is more comfortable. The Excursion is more fun because it sits higher.

The best so far has been 19mpg. It's my friends car and he lives 2.5hrs away, so I don't get to work on it much. Right now I'm working on my 2001 Ford Excursion 6.8 v10. My 6pack isn't very efficient in HHO production. I'm working on a new design that uses a large bath with multiple plates, about 40 or so. As soon as I get it made, I'll start a new video thread. Stay tuned!
