Frank is the head booker, senior agent, man in charge at Celestine, one of the largest and most well respected makeup hair and styling agencies in Los Angeles. With a sister agency in New York; Art House Management, and another office in Seattle, they are a powerhouse, booking their makeup, hair and fashion stylists on the most prestigious print, video and commercial productions that take place all over the world.

From many years ago when I first met, and interviewed Angelika Shubert the founder and president of Celestine for my magazine 1stHOLD I was impressed.
