Also, what about leaning against a person confirms that they are in a relationship with the person they are reclining against?

If you read the previous verses in Mark 7, it is extremely obvious that Jesus is referring specifically to food when he says that nothing that enters a man can defile him.

The verses in the Gospel of John speak of the intimacy displayed between Jesus and John, especially at the Last Supper where John is described (John 13:23) as "reclining next to him" (TNIV) or "leaning on Jesus' bosom" (KJV), confirming they were in a homosexual relationship. It was UNHEARD of back then for Jewish men not to marry, & he wandered around with 12 boyfriends,

The Gospel of John refers to the "disciple whom Jesus loved". It's acknowledged by unbiased scholars, recently most notably by Jameson (2004) & Baxter (2006), that Jesus and John had a homosexual relationship. The seamless robe of Jesus that is housed in the Cathedral of Trier, Germany, has symbols from that time period identifying the wearer as homosexual. (continued)

Mark 7:14-16 shows Jesus approves of homosexual acts "There is nothing from without a man, that entering into him can defile him." The modern world is homophobic, but in Jesus' time, homosexuality was the norm in Greek & Roman controlled areas. The full text of Mark, chptr10, discusses how a young man, naked but for a linen covering, expressed his love for Jesus and stayed with him at his place all night. The missing verses were found at the Mar Saba monastery near Jerusalem, in 1958

I really don't want to get into this particular conversation, but I must ask you - where exactly do you get that Christ was gay? Where in the Bible is there evidence for that?

you are a sad person I feel sorry for you because the lack of love in your heart. You speak of Jesus and yet your words are far from what Jesus teached us:" Love One another" people like you are the one who allows others to disrespect our savior Jesus Christ because you don't give a true testimony of our lord.
God Bless you !
