By the way, this video took forever to edit, so I hope you enjoy it.
Today my video is a tutorial on how to make a Christmas cake! My skills are nowhere near any good as other faces like cookingwithdog, but it turned out okay.

It is important to drop the cake from the tin at a height 4-5x. This will ensure that your cake will not rise too much when it bakes and it won't shrink when it cools down after. Other than that it's quite easy to make. I hope you will try it. Thank you for watching.

Ingredients:
Sponge Cake:
2 eggs (room temperature)
65 gm of cake flour (50 gm of all purpose flour + 13 gm of potato starch or corn starch) (2.29 oz)
60 gm of castor or granulated sugar (2 oz)
25 gm of melted butter or oil (0.88 oz)
15 mL of water (1 tbsp)
Whipped Cream Frosting
200 mL of heavy cream (6.76 fl oz)
5 mL of vanilla extract (1 tsp)
15 gm of powdered sugar (or 0 gm of granulated sugar) (1 tbsp)
200 gm of strawberries plus extra for decoration. (7.05 oz)
