Being born outside the US doesn't disqualify you, failing to be registered as a US citizen 3 months after birth apparently does though. He's certainly a US citizen, he didn't sneak in from Mexico. It is a matter of paperwork & timing. & of course he'll subvert the constitution we haven't followed that hallowed document 100% in years. "Defend the boarders" for instance.
