  • I dunno... I've used old geminis, rock solid 1200's and vestax pdx 3000s and I have to say even though technics feel great and are used by pretty much every venue and pro I like what vestax is doing. my pdx3000 with MIDI control shows that they are trying to push turntablism towards the future and give dj's more options. I have to give my purchase to vestax. They are really nice to play on plus have a HUGE pitch control adjustment. dig it. =]

  • jay z excuse me miss remix (la la la)

  • yep its 1200's what can you say u cant beat the best eh?

  • Great set! Is Mike using 1200's in this clip? I think he is, but I can't see for sure. I thought he was using Vestax exlusively now.

  • I met Mix Master Mike at a show in Sauget, IL (St. Louis) 2 Summers ago. Not only was he a genuinely nice guy, he put on a kick-ass show. He definitely put everything he had into his set. It was intense.

  • He's a badass dj, but he just makes ugly faces while he's performing. too much acting.

  • Im glad bugstrut you keep typing "I" cause what you sayn are not facts, just worthless thoughts that make you step backwards while everybody is moving forward.

  • I like how the sound quality sucks.

  • I forgot to mention, I think Mike is a dope producer. The tracks he creates are insane. I wonder what the Piklz would be doing now, if MCA had never asked Mike to join the Beasties? tI know they were planning on releasing a crew album called 'Sci-fi'. One of the tracks they completed ended up on q's 'Wave Twisters' album. I think it was 'Red Worm'.

  • Mix Master Mike always put alot energy into his shows and great tracks as well. Qbert in contrast is just straight scratching over some beat, from what I seen. I think Mike is much entertaining man to watch
