@lysergicdancing there was never anything to suggest I didn't know my culture roots. I obviopusly know who the Headstones are or else why would I mention them?
I thought you meant them. it's an easy mistake to make.
@bdawgmarsdin : No,Headstones were a Ontario band led by Hugh Dillon.Headpins were a west coast band with the aforementioned members and a lead banshee by the name of Darby Mills.Learn your cultural roots my man>
mike bullard had good taste in music he even had the audacity to tell it like it is and tell marty ballentyne of breach of trust he sucked and had a big head full of it i enjoyed that truly peace out
@jpipsqueak If you like Canadian bands, you might want to listen to Odds, they have great stuff!!! Eat my Brain is a great video of theirs. (because they have a one hit wonder band in the video) From there you will find they have a bunch of good songs, and super funny videos. Especially good for "Kids in the Hall" fans. I'm not a huge fan myself, but they are good actors. Although, they do make Odds videos way more fun! Trust me.
Ah, the memories. I remember picking this up one cold night at Sam The Record Man and being heartbroken when I realized that The Watchmen were not long for this world. I never liked this song as much as Holiday and Slomotion, but this performance really made me come back to this track in a big way.

@bdawgmarsdin- no, I actually meant The Headpins, this from Wikipedia:
Headpins are a Canadian rock group, founded as a side project in the late 1970s by then Chilliwack members Ab Bryant and Brian MacLeod.

This is such a cool song, I heard it listening to EDGE 102 in Toronto online, I wish it would be played here in the states.
I think Rush, Trooper, the Headpins and April WIne are all pretty good Canadian exports as well.
