  • Its a shame Howard had to be a little bitch about Anthony doing a Howard impression. The two shows would have been a great fit, much better than that awful unfunny Bubba.

  • A few years back I was listening to Stern every day..I liked the show back then mostly because of the people he had on the show..

On the down side I had to listen to his occasional ramblings about how great hoo hoo howie was..usually by howie himself..

Last week he bled through on my XM because the guy behind me had him on and I listened to him telling a listener how brilliant he was..

I guess some things never change..

Hoo Hoo sucks,Oand A and Ron and Fez are the best!! Long live THE VIRUS!!..

  • @nogoodbastid O&A have said they wanted a release from their contracts and would have taken it except for the fact that the release they were presented had a gag order in it so they couldn't talk about Stern and others, so they wouldn't sign them. If they would have given them a normal release they would have taken it. So CBS could have released them and paid them nothing if they wanted to. Why didn't they give them the full release and saved themselves some money?

  • @nogoodbastid The whole rock genre has died tool, ALL their ratings were low. This argument is so god damn old theres no interest in it anymore. If youre a Howiephile thats great, but he could give two shits about you. Look at the company he works for now, he has taken them for everything they have and its not enough.

  • @Toe8810 actually i'd say losing the contest and never being on the show again is a pretty big rejection considering that this was anthony's biggest shot at making it in radio up until that point. he ended up getting onto opie's show through song parodies and made it that way, but making it on stern was his real dream, that is definitely a rejection. the stern show was the whole reason he wanted to get into radio in the first place.

  • @snappy452 well seeing as CBS still had to pay O&A for the remainder of the contract whether they were on the air or not, your retards comment doesn't make sense. it was cheaper for them to keep them on the air for the remainder of the contract rather than pay someone on top of that to replace them. it had EVERYTHING to do with ratings, in which O&A were in fact way low. look into it.

  • How much do you wanna bet Ant wanted to do his howard impression but howard wouldn't allow it.

  • @WKRPinCINN

HOO-HOO-HOO I INVENTED RIPPING OFF ROBIN!

  • WHO-WHO-WHO THEY'RE RIPPING ME OFF ROBIN!

  • Howard Stern is such a douche.

  • @snappy452 they still had like a 3.8 though which isn't bad but not enough to justifie keeping them, howard was on many stations where it was just him and music. i like the o&a show though.
