  • @ekim474 What I have done is split the shake such as 1 scoop around 11 a.m. and 1 scoop after workout which is usually around 5 p.m. I add peanut butter, honey and oats. I will be making a video showing how I do it so you can check it out.

  • @MrAmericanboss Well I began bodybuilding 10 months ago. I was a little bitty guy weighing 130 so I have made some definite gains. I weigh 165 now. Check out the video of me flexing you can tell I'm making progress.

  • dont copy these turds, even if you are using anabolic steroids your body is not going to assimilate all that stuff so most ends up in the toilet , all your doing is wasting money and stuffing yourself inefficiently ,if you want to build muscle mass learn about nutrition first , your metabolism , etc .

  • @MrDagtoohigh yes its protein. its actually a weight gainer which consist of 50g of protein & 1250 calories, this is only 4 skinny people trying 2 gain weight, if thats not your goal then this product is not 4 you.

  • you should of added milk instead of water, that would have boosted up the calories for sure. that shake u made couldnt been 3000+ in calories, no way.

    Dude I calculated the amount of Calories you consumed in your shake. Its only 2500 not 3500! You need TWO scoops in order to make the Mass gainer 1250. There are not 1250 calories in each scoop. That shake is 1000 calories less than you think.

  • Wouldn't just the powder be good? If you had a shake after your workout and before bed with your diet?

  • and is that serious mass some type of protein powder?

  • So is this shake a supplement for your meals throughout the day or do you still eat as you should aside from drinking the shake? Im only asking because you would be taking in a whole lot of calories if this was an add on to your regular meals.
