@greymoose1000 merely stating something considered to be common knowledge does not make you "very" intelligent. You going to tell me now the sky is blue and brag about how smart you are? If you're trying to downplay Gene Stallings and Nick Saban's winning's because they used players they didn't recruit, Pete Carroll had success with Paul Hacketts players, didn't he? In 2009 Bama's top two rushers, top four receivers, leader in int's, leade in tackles, and leader in sacks were Saban recruits.

@practicalpurpose Mike Shula was used by UAT as a go-between and actually saved the football program there. He weathered the storm and recruited most of the players SATAN used for the BCS TITLE GAME. That is fact. Just like when Bill Curry recruited most of the team that won the 1992 Title for UAT when Stallings was the coach. The MOOSE is very intelligent and throws out factoids that relate not only to Trojan lore but to other teams as well. Now to all DOMER fans! R-U-D-Y was fiction!

@greymoose1000 LOL...I like you moose. You're a funny guy. And I'm glad we deserve a coach that's had two undefeated regular seasons, and won a national title. :) Another note about Mike Shula; as much as I'll always respect him, he didn't help himself by loosing a bunch of games he shouldn' have. Just saying.

@practicalpurpose UAT was fortunate to have had Shula's services. They treated one of their own like a piece of dog dung. UAT Crimson Turds deserve Nick SATAN.

@greymoose1000 Mike Shula is a class act and I'll always be appreciative of his efforts. If the day comes that he is a head coach again, I will pull for him. However, if you think Saban is not a plus for UA, I would really like some of whatever you are smoking because that's got to be some expensive high grade stuff.
