I want to order some clothes from USA,Im from Europe.I mailed to guy from the website who takes care of shipping.I told him what I wanna buy, and he told me he will give me beter shipping if I go through him than if I would go through their webstore.He gave me email address to which I should paypal.I am just going to create a paypal account so I need help.I should email him just my paypal account and address? Please tell me how it works I need help urgently! :-(

First ensure that the person is not cheating you. If you go through their webstore you may have PayPal guarantee. If there is a problem and your shipping does not reach, you can take the benefit of PayPal resolution center.

If you are sure about the person and are confident that he will deliver you can pay directly. You get his PayPal email id. Login to your PayPal account, click "send money" from the top menu and enter the email id in the box given.

If you bought an item from someone, after you complete payment, paypal will redirect you to the seller's page. You should download your product from there. The seller should also send you an email with details about your purchase.

After you create an account and verify your email address, you can login to paypal account. When you login you will see your recent activities page. There you can see the details related to what you bought. If you want to know about earlier activities you need to click on 'All Account Activity'.

THANKS...and can you please tell me how it works? I send him money and if the delivery doesnt come I get my money back or, how can I be sure the delivery comes? What if I send money and the stuff will not come?
