I have this laptop, however BF3 and SWTOR run extremely SLOW. I've tried turning the graphics settings and resolution all the way down with shadows and AA turned off. BF3 still runs extremely choppy and the laptop heats up so badly it shuts off. I've defragged the HDD, cleaned registry...everything I could think of. I'm sorely disappointed. Anybody have any issues or insight regarding this?

Its good laptop and all laptops with this kind of specs are good for video editing and gaming i play BF3 on high settings :)

I have been looking to buy this model. Do you think it will be capable of editing HD video footage. It seemed to handle BF3 quite well.

hai i've got problem with my laptop. I've new ASUS X52J Series
Intel i7 Q740m (like u)
Radeon HD 6370m 2.7gb (5.0 shaders)
4.5 gb of ram memory
and i've got only about 20 fps on low (800x600)
Any proposition, maybe somthing with software (directx or something)
