Don't know about the contractor ratio being true but the rest is fair comment. Unless you work in a good job here you wouldn't fully be able to enjoy the fruits of Dubai as it is over the top expensive for a lot of things.

it took me three times to watch this as l was too busy dancing around... luv the music!!!
LUV the shopping.... yes that $7500 would dwindle quickly!! lol
