  • The therapist is dead wrong about putting a trigger food in her house for a week. That is like crack to an addict. That may never turn into a "safe" food, she may always need to stay away from trigger foods. She may not binge during the taping of this episode, but it just 1 meal away from a binge and that can happen at any time.

  • the therapist made a mistake with trigger foods, it was much too soon. Also, even if one has to stay away from bad foods to stay abstinent, its still a legit recovery. Wheres the rest of this video?

  • Whats wrong with the kid? 5:03 hahaha

  • I proud of her but at the same time Im worried for her. If I had all of my trigger foods in my home I would have to choice in the matter.

  • 'Naturally thin' people's body use food in a way that regulates their weight and they don't get fat. Same food. Same exercise. But you stay thin or get thin if you started off with excesss weight.

  • Oh my goodness - let the woman have some strawberries!!!!!! She could be distracted by much worse, geez.

  • he's so cuteeeeee

  • I agree with your comment slighty. I do believe that since she was able to have trigger food in her home while she was being guided was great to build her confidence that she can avoid those foods. I believe that it helped to know that someone was watching over her. This will allow her in the future to know that she can avoid a binge after having evidence that it has happened. This video is extremely encouraging and helpful!

  • omg my heart goes out to the women and her lovely son, I hope she manages to over come her disorder so that she and her son can enjoy their relationship, so much love is coming from her boy, he so so loves his mum.

  • The therapist is right...my mom gave up smoking after 48 years and ALWAYS kept a package of cigarettes in a case nearby. She said it helped her..not tempted her.

She was smoke free the rest of her entire life and passed away recently due to old age.
