I'm only assuming that this is a guy from DaLooms for one.Two if he isn't sorry but people need to see that someplace there is a problem with DaLooms.PayPal saved the day here as they are handling whatever problem has arose with DaLooms.My wife was looking forward to having this loom.

@kuslers Good Afternoon, At the minute mark of 29 seconds a pop up appears stating I don't work for D.A. Looms that inquiries need to be made directly to them. I don't have any klout with D.A. Looms to problem solve. I am strictly showing how to work the loom. I do this for crochet hooks, other looms and other crafting tools all the time.

do you suggest 1 or two strands I am having a hard time with the tenison using a pen now but my wrist is killing me suggetions please.

@barbieg01 if you want your project to be thicker with less holes then use 2 strands..... if your wrist is hurting from wrapping by hand you may want to practice and get the hang of the pen ....not only is it easier once you get the hang of it its way faster.....cathy@mikeys helpdesk :)

@kuslers I know how frustrated you feel. I did too...but be patient..I waited 8 weeks and finally mine arrived along with a discount coupon because of the delay. I understand they are so behind due to the popularity and these videos..Good luck and hang in there. It is worth the wait.

Mikey, I received my DA loom. I am so excited. I am having a problem ....I watch your video and wrap all the way around...fine....then I do a second row and knit my 1st row...fine..when I get to the 3rd row and try to pull the bottom loop over for one stitch it is so tight I can't get it over. I am using a styler pen and not making the tension tight.....help...what am I doing wrong???

Is this loom like the Sernity loom cause thats the one i have can i cast on to the S loom like this and it will make a blanket ... with the directions you are teaching now?

is it possible for Mikey to explain the differences in the Infinity, Infinity Rake and the the Infinity Loom II ?? I'm really new to crochet and knitting and never worked on a loom.. so I'm a bit lost

Well I tried to order this very loom for my wife for Christmas.I ordered this on November 25 and a week before Christmas I sent a e-mail to them and they responded that the Loom II shown here would be here on or before Christmas Eve.They did this by phone.Well guess what?No Loom still no Loom by January 6th.No response from my 2 e-mails I sent asking for my wifes present.So I turned it over to Pay Pal to resolve.All we wanted was my wifes Loom for Christmas told it would be here.
