The Barrington Beachfront Villa Complex

The Barrington Villas complexes in Palmetto Dunes Resort are three distinct groups with common areas shared by residents of all. Barrington Arms and Barrington Court are on the oceanfront, two five-story buildings where you can make the most of the pristine setting. A seasonally heated oceanfront pool, enclosed hot tub and observation deck are nestled among beautifully kept landscaping rich with the canopy of native live oak trees, swaying pines, rustling palmettos, and semi-tropical flowering shrubs. Ocean boardwalks are accessible via paved pathways and lead to fully equipped shower facilities for convenience. Guests can take advantage of the covered gazebo for picnicking and grilling and enjoy the atmosphere of this luxury resort.

Barrington Arms villas are oceanfront flats, with 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms of varying d&eacutecor and a variety of layouts to meet your specific needs. The building is designed as a wide inverted V, with its point facing the beach, so that each villa has a direct view of the Atlantic Ocean. The five-story building has elevator service from the ground-level garage to the floors above.

Barrington Court Villas occupy a five-story building that also has a ground level garage under the residential floors. This building has a narrower profile than Barrington Arms, but each of these one-, two- and three-bedroom villas commands a wonderful ocean view as well.

Barrington Park is a cluster of four two-story buildings that are set back from the beach. Barrington Park Villas are 1, 2, and 3-bedroom single-story units ringing a central lagoon behind Barrington Arms and Barrington Court. Parking is at curbside, and there are no elevators to second floor flats, but the stairways to these units are covered.

When vacationing at the Barrington you are at the center of one of Hilton Head Island's most popular resort plantations. Palmetto Dunes, which was recently named one of the top of its kind in the United States by Conde Nast Traveler magazine, features an abundance of activity options that the whole family will enjoy.
