I filmed my warmup sets from side and depth is parallel.
I use this angle to watch technique (especially knee caving which is my main problem).

@cepoctb Yes, this angle is good for checking knee caving. What is the goal with the squats? Comps or just for fun?
Just for fun, I think. Maybe I will compete in the future but right now I'm just setting goals for myself and achieving them. The next is 240 squat.
@cepoctb I agree with you! :) A 240 squat is a great goal. What do you do in the bench press and in the DL?
My best DL is 285 (sumo), BP - 142.5 - I have videos on my channel.
