The Beautiful Truth

Raised on a wildlife reserve in Alaska, 15-year-old Garrett was interested in the dietary habits of the farm animals. After the tragic death of his mother, Garrett's father decided to home-school his son and assigned a book written by Dr. Max Gerson that proposed a direct link between diet and a cure for cancer.

Fascinated, Garrett embarks in this documentary on a cross-country road trip to investigate The Gerson Therapy. He meets with scientists, doctors and cancer survivors who reveal how it is in the best interest of the multi-billion dollar medical industry to dismiss the notion of alternative and natural cures.

I am from Bulgaria, study dentistry in Germany. One of the first things I learned, is how dangerous amalgam fillings are. For some years now, it is illegal to introduce amalgam to patients here. I used to have 2 fillings when I was around 11, now 19. It is since I watched this documentary that I noticed how often I had headaches back then.... why on Earth would an 11 year old have headaches for, other than falling of a bike? Also, Last summer I tried a similar diet and I just felt light all day.

@1AppleofEden This boy has a name, he represents the youth and he has some really awesome karma to be personally weened by the best in natural medicine. He will probably the next Jack Lalanne for this generation and who knows, Garrett may even be the reincarnation of Gerson or some other healer. This is quackery. Hopefully, people won't be misled by this. All of Gerson's patients died within five years except one with non-terminal ACTIVE lymphoma after treatement. Some of the patients died from the treatment itself or developed serious infections and refused standard medical treatment which may have prolonged their life. I know when I see anything about flouride, chem trails, intelligent design, psychic reading, etc. to be very, very skeptical about what follows.

@PowerMadLabRat Marley had an injury to his foot and a doctor gave him a shot in the area. Most are not able to connect the dots for something so subtle as cancer cells so small (you need microscope to see), placed in the vaccine and when injected, in right conditions it is incubated and 5 to 10 years later you have full blown cancer and need to place your life in the hands of someone who can help...
