I'm should have said, I've heard Paul Thompson SPEAK, and he downplayed "intentional inside job", as if actual independent terrorists staged 9-11. That much complicity cannot happen all by accident.

The White House released National Security Presidential Directive/NSPD 51" and "Homeland Security Presidential Directive/HSPD-20." on May 9. Any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government function will give the president power over all three branches of government.

Given all *previous* books and papers urging "Global War on Terror -- for econ hegemony", and NEED for TERROR to accelerate plan, they surely used remote control, not unpredictable "towelheads".
19 "hijackers" were patsies and decoys, I can say with strong certainty. Heard of Operation Mockingbird? CIA controlled media since 1950's, in US and overseas too. Skills growing.
