ok this is a bit complicated

you find it in the starter deck 2008

i think you know the boy with the structure duels

you have to beat him with each structure deck then you can buy one of them in the shop if it isnt the correct one buy it leave the shop and there will be a new one

do this untill you get the starter

there may be an other way but I just know this one

Defeat the following duelists 3 times each:

Barclay, Shuji, Taniyama, Ellison Noula, Skathi, Yagishita, Geruzet,

Motoi, Kyono, Fudagawa, Dio, Vega
