steve ballmer is perfectly capable of being the CEO of microsoft, let's face it microsoft is doing so bad already that if they hired a genius to try and fix it he/she won't do any better than ballmer a complete retard, the only reason microsoft hired him is so when they go out of business people can look back and have a good laugh
