nice but try not to move the bar forward keep it vertical movement only. i know its a lot of weight and sometimes u lose balance but keep it up

Thanks, done some research people say that i shouldn't use a belt as it will stenghten my back and should be only used for e.g 1 rep max lifts.
My techique isnt perfect but most people on here just give bad comments rather than being constructive and explaing why
