  • Thanks, done some research people say that i shouldn't use a belt as it will stenghten my back and should be only used for e.g 1 rep max lifts.

    My techique isnt perfect but most people on here just give bad comments rather than being constructive and explaing why

  • nice but try not to move the bar forward keep it vertical movement only. i know its a lot of weight and sometimes u lose balance but keep it up

  • good form man, that's how i squat when i'm in the gym, went all the way down also which some people don't tend to do. keep it up.

  • yea keep the belt on bc ur back will get messed up thats y i dont squat in school cuz i dont have a belt
