its clear that the driver driving the Losi was the more skilled driver! Both are great truggies nonetheless only second to my Mugen.....J/P

The losi looks way more planted. Prob due to its longer wheelbase so its better setup for long, fast tracks like this. the associated truggy perfoms best in smaller, more technical tracks.

@wordreet just in case you didn't know, JConcepts makes a cab forward truggy body for the RC8. I elieve it is the Bulldog. there is also the Punisher for the RC8B

@FlyingRustler That seems to be right. the Losi truggy bodyshell is notable for being a (deeply weird and strange, but cool at the same time) 'cab forward' design, where the Associated, and every one else, uses a normal pick-up style.

Truggys rule, whatever their motive power. They fly almost as well as an associated T2, and are big and, well, mad, like their drivers.
