I've known John and Lois for almost 40 years and they are a fixture on lower Broadway in downtown Nashville. I would love to hear John sing Shackles and Chains again. His version is about a beat and a half faster than the original, and sounds great.

Thanks. They are excellent performers. John and Lois Shepherd and I have been friends since 1981, when I did my first studio session at Jim Maxwell's Globe Recording Studio in Nashville.
