@Buditokid @TerminalEngel yep i guess. the general idea is the difference between 8bit and 64 bit processing. especially the memory allocation in this case since it would imply intelligence

Actually the Commodore 64 was 8-bits. The Nintendo 64 was 64-bit hardware, so it could be possible that they are referring to the N64.
But I would presume they are actually referring to computers in this song and not consoles, 64-bits would be modern processors/computers with x64 architecture.
