Some of the proof has been revealed and the proof that has is in favour of his innocence. There is no dead medic, Speers was not there as a medic he was there that particular day as a special operations soldier. The fact that he has medic training does not mean that he was on a mission as a medic. His family connections should have nothing to do with this, Omar is the one accused NOT the Khadr family. He was there as a translator, he knows 4 languages.

The United States Supreme court, The Canadian Supreme Court, The United Nations amoung others have found GITMO court system to be ILLEGAL. There will be no fair trial at GITMO which is why a guilty verdict there means nothing more to me then the paper I use to wipe myself.

The court system only charges 14 year olds as adults under certain circumstances, If they were acting under coercion by those with authority over them and to young to make their own decisions at the time of the incident, I really don't think it would be fair to treat Omar Khadr like he was mature independent adult back in 2002 who could make choices for himself , When infact he was a minor who was dragged into it by his elders.

Omar khadr is no victim he is a traitor , he was born in Canada and waged war against Canada and her allies he should be charged with treason Under the criminal code of Canada s46 Or was it another Omar Khadr fighting in Afghanistan ?

Under the Youth Criminal Justice Act you can be charged as an adult at age 14 .

have you tried looking at the facts that suggest he isnt guilty?yes his family had terrorist connections but what is a child of 15 supposed to do about that? the commander who shot omar in the back twice whos name was kept confidential, mentioned himself that when he was aiming at omar there was another man infront of omar behind a rock with an ak47 in his hand and that omar was facing the wall on his knees trying to cover himself before he shot him in the back twice.
