Shizuka deserves to be Champion.

Sasha and Irina had a load of mistakes.

Shizuka is the definition of champion. With that routine and costume and smile, she is the winner.

I love Shizuka...But of all the skaters, past and present, I have the most respect for Irina Slutskaya and Michelle Kwan. Though they did not win olympic gold, it reminds us in life life to applaud the winners, and for the others to keep striving for that dream, and sometimes, that dream is what burns in our minds, and our hearts.

@xlutskaya She also has a silver in 2002 Olympics. I mean, Irina. But Shizuka is also worth of the Olympics medal, and she got a gold one. I think everything is fair.

トリノからフィギュアが大好きになった分際なのでエラそぶるつも­りは無いんですが、日本の選手はみんな凄いですよね。

Shizuka Arakawa is japan finest skaters..i love the way she skates..so lovely

Shizuka deserves it the most out of the past few olympic champs. Not just becasue she delivered the best performance that night but her techs/artistry was superb and she did win 2 nationals and one world champ.

Sarah Hughes had the peformance of the night, but her tech/artistry and past achievements was far behind compared to Michelle or Irina.

Tara performance was great, but Michelle was much better imo
