  • I have a problem with restraining order. The wrong person is restrained in some case. Just because the so called victim is black and blue does not mean that person did not start the fight, did not throw the first punch.

  • Victim advocate some time get very pushy, bully the so called victim into doing things they don’t want to some times for good reason. To the point of lying on application for the restraining order. In short perjuring them selves so the judge can issue restraining order to please the advocate.

  • What I have a problem is if two people who never lived together have a fight in the middle of the street no one see who started one bruised one not both get charged.

If it is domestic the one with out the bruising get charged. The other get a free pass.
