However i would just like to point out that i think alot of people misunderstand our system here. We have a basic National Health Service which serves everyone paid for via compulsory national insurance.
This does not stop you from purchasing your own Private Health Care insurance, which will provide u just as good a service as most in the USA would.
So all those prepared to pay a little extra a month can get the private system, those who cant afford to have the safety net of the NHS.

This health care debate in the USA is very interesting i have been following it a lot, although its pretty annoying the way they talk down our systems here in the UK.
Something clearly needs to be done to solve the American healthcare problem, although i agree with people who say this is not the right time, the economic costs of such a radical change in these times is too great and i dont like the idea of the current plans being suggested, some sound awful
problem is south & the uneducated the repubs feed on them the south has been known in the past to be racist & it has come to be a big factor again from groups scaring them it is sad how honestly afraid people are when they shouldn't be they need to read the plan understand it some are saying don't make Medicare government well it already is that is who made it that cant be changed the old think they are going to be killed when all it is is it will pay if you want i repeat want a living will

Uneducated? Your sentences have no punctuation and even when I attempt to figure out what it is that you are attempting to say, it still makes little or no sense. Furthermore, if you watch everything we have to say, you will soon see that we have intelligent and well-researched comments, ideas and reasons to protest socialized medicine. First, it doesn't work. It won't work here and it doesn't work for those in any other country. It is a bankrupt idea that socialist/ marxists use to control.

The British system does in fact have a dual system. However, the system being proposed here by Obama is similar to the underlying British system with ulitimately no private system available. Perhaps the very wealthy could afford it. However, with the tremendous cost pressures placed upon American businesses by unfair trade practices and unfair and un free trade pacts, any opportunity for business to shed cost will be taken at the earliest opportunity.
