CAT scan of EM intensity distribution for SERS-designed surface

The steady-state 3D distribution of the intensity enhancement obtained by numerical integration of Maxwell equations on a grid [202x350x840] for the following surface:
1. Dielectric spheres of 198 nm in diameter are arranged in hexagonal periodic array.
2. 100 nm thick silver layer is placed on top of that with the normal constant thickness.
Structure is exposed to external CW excitation at 632.8 nm. CAT scan is shown for the unit cell.
