The only reason this is titled "Risico" is because it it one of the only books that hasn't became a movie

Lol Wrong JFK made Bond popular because one of his top ten book was Goldfinger a Bond BOOK. They made the movies because of that reason alone.
You need to learn your Bond history. Its all about the books.
