He has a lot of truth in what he says. What I don't understand is that if you already got a federal investigation that you claim went nowhere, you can appeal the decisions but you aren't going to get EVERYTHING you want in life. Like many have stated, sadly this isn't the first nor will it be the last case where someone has died that has not been investigated. Of course, it bothers anyone if it is someone you know and love, but there's crimes everyday. Sucks but true.

Patriot Phipps - What you need to do is learn the law from your own firsthand study and then apply the law. I'm not sure what avenue you would need to take to get and investigation, but if you want a Federal investigation, I start at Title 18 of the United States Code. There you will find the code regarding Criminal Procedure. There you should be able to find out the process for getting a Federal Investigation.
