I believe, sir, that is the point of this song. A sort of, if you would forgive my sudden desire to make up words; Korg DS-10ification of Pachelbel's Canon in D. Rather than a dull exact copy, it's a re-imagining of the song.

Nice one - did you use any of the drum tracks as 'synth tracks'? because you can... the sounds are just rendered as samples and cannot be edited after you design them -- so really you could have a full 6 track version of this song (without the drums). Try it - it's great!
