As you know with your sport, the fundamentals are very important. 'Strength Fundamentals #1 Legs' teaches you the fundamentals you need to build leg strength. I like to call this micro-strength building. Learn how to build the strength of your small muscle fibers, which will help your larger muscles perform at greater levels. Leg power is what you need to run faster, jump higher and to move quicker. With strong legs you will have fewer injuries.

During this session you will learn the rules of micro-strength training and why it is important to have a micro strength training routine. This routine is one you can do at home all season long. If you want greater speed, quickness, and increased vertical - take a look at this video.

Here are few more things you can expect:

* More oxygen to muscles
* Greater elimination of waste-lactic acid
* Improved health of muscles, tendons, and ligaments
* Increase speed, endurance, coordination, strength, and power
* Quicker recovery from injuries (scar tissue)
* Reduction in muscle spasms, strains, and tears
* Greater potential for muscle re-balancing
* Less chance for injury
* Increased longevity and improved performance

This routine is one you can do at home all season long. If you want greater speed, quickness, and increased vertical - take a look at this video.

  • @pirocan1 I got mine at big 5, it;s easy to find

  • if you wanna increase vertical the athletic way and keep your vertical up, do 25 push ups and 25 sit ups and then run a mile everyday for a week. it will go up 4 inches in 1 month because as your losing fat your gaining muscle and its easier for people to jump with muscle then fat or you can run up hills high knees on your toes and run down backwards 25x ... thats how you increase your vertical

  • nigga u really think that lifting ur legs with ankle weights is gonna get u vertical? it is gonna give u the basic beginners 2 inches, nothin more than that

  • good i really needed this because i have a partial tear in my left knee and now when i hoope with knee brace on it my right knee started to hurt. but when i have been goin to gym lately i have been using the quadricep machine this same way with light weight or even if i use big weight but this is gonna help alot. do you thing the calf isolator is a good excercise aswell because i have one of them.

  • HEY just started dunking ystday...i watched a lot of videos and tried alot of stuff....its just hard work

  • @NBSpielkind yeah, sooo true! actually its all about practice! practice makes perfect, its taken my 4 months to be able to dunk, and several months of upper body workouts, thats all because I play power forward, but its all about exercising and practice, you cant buy professionalism, you need to earn it!

  • this is a great exercise

    at least i don't have to sweat a lot xD

  • where can i get ankle weights?

  • WHAT THE F$%# IS THIS CRAP!!!
