For multiplayer download a quake3patch called q3pointrelease_132.exe then install it & it will work great everytime

this map is extremely small and free-for-all with 20 people-it gets messy. On a bigger map is rarely like this.
BTW don't judge a game by its cover. :)

weird, well first try can you go to the net. If that works then its the best to play QLive coz there r a lot of servers. if you want to play Q3Arena try few times to enter the game and see servers coz i had problems with finding servers, sometimes the game will not show me servers so you have to enter game few times till you see servers

Q3A is less played because they made Quake Live. You can make an account and play for free. The graphics are improved and there are many servers with bunch of players. Also you have servers for less skilled players and very skilled. I made and account after this vid and it's really good.
