(April-May, 2009) Part 1 of this project began about 11 years ago (1998) with my friend, Mike Coyazo and I, building my 19' x 15' 3" deck using 100% treated lumber including 2x4's for the deck boards w/ 3" galvanized screws atop of a foot deep footing, and cinder block foundation with the purpose of converting it into a 3rd bedroom and 2nd bath addition to our home someday..
Fast forward to the Spring of 2009: With the bad economy and a Great quote from a struggling contractor, My wife and I decided to jump at the opportunity and make part 2 of this project a reality!
It took about 3 weeks to complete.

  • @sykoc666 Hired some subcontractors.
