An elite level of karting returned to Australian circuits for the first time in five years during 2010 in the form of the CIK Stars of Karting Series.
This year the series has expanded to incorporate five rounds and interest from all parts of the country is very high with the country's best karting drivers set to compete for the top prize in Australian karting.
The opening round will be held at Ipswich in Queensland on the final weekend of February before the series heads to South Australia in early April. Melbourne will host round three in June followed by a round at Sydney's Eastern Creek and the series will come to a close in Newcastle during September.
