WELL I TOTALLY DISAGREE! I say cut the crap(talking that is) some of us just want to quickly learn the song or technique thank you YTMalero for not saying anything and getting straight into it this is far more useful.I find your vids very helpful cheers.
-
100% agreed.
skip the talkin, it's just confusing mostly and also wastes time.
i learn by watching your fingers and listening to the tune, not by confusing myself with tonns of unrelated informations.
keep up the good work :D

@lovelyloroux you said it yourself your a 'beginner'. i'll give you a nice little piece of advice. when your a begginner on guitar just dont worry about not being able to do things so much. becuase it will eventually come to you in the palms of your hands. practice is everything :) enjoy yourself nuuu pressure

@lovelyloroux You have to Mute with the Barré- For example the F Chord is a Barre. Like 244322 (eadgbe) (If i remember Correctly.

I personally think it's easier to play reggae the exact opposite way you showed haha.
Muting on down strokes and playing with up strokes.

THANK GOD!
Thanks man, this is the exact video Ive been looking for
i'm a beginner & i can't figure out how to get that muted sound! i even tried palm muting but it doesn't sound the same :/
help?
lovelyloroux 1 year ago
@lovelyloroux Hi, the muted sound is made by the left hand. You just have to let your fingers ready to play but don't press the strings, just touch them ! Then you have to alternate between "press the strings" (normal sound) and "touch the strings" (muted sound). Your right hand doesn't have to change anything, all the job is in the left one !
