Yes, Matsuken was turtling a bit, but the fact is, he adjusted his strategy and broke YSB. I'd call that skill and planning. YSB wasn't able to adjust his usual hyper-aggressive play or up his defenses, so he got frustrated into losing the match. He's good, but he's more about fast reflexes than strategy.

Matsuken reminds me of a majority of the Chun-Li players, who are extremely boring to watch mainly because the constant turtling, poke and SA.
