DESDE EL AIRE : SEIS INSTANTES was commissioned by Ana Cervantes for her upcoming CD: CANTO DE LA MONARCA: MUJERES DE MEXICO. The conditions for the seventeen compositions commissioned was to write a brief piece inspired in the migrations of the monarch butterflies and in one woman important in the history of México. Premiered by Ana Crevantes at the Festival Internacional Cervantino 2010, Salón del Consejo Universitario, Guanajuato, México, 10/18/2010

III. Los juegos se desvanecen (The playful games are flying away)
IV. Detalles distantes (Distant details)
V. Aprisa (Swiftly)
VI. Introspectivo (Introspection)
