The Crohn's medication you were on does not cause weight gain. The only medication for Crohn's that makes you gain weight is any type of steroid, like prednisone. You're probably losing a lot of that weight due to your crohn's going untreated. That's the biggest side effect from Crohn's...weight loss. Your body won't absorb like it should. Reason I'm posting this is because it's a BAD idea to stop taking your meds secretly. As if you are condoning that. Have had it for 22 yrs, btw.
