I think the two tatooes he has are a little lower on his hip bone so you can't really see them in the shot. The 'M' tatoo is on the left hip bone and the olympic rings are on the right I think. During the Olympics when he pulled down his LZR suit, you could definitely see the olympic rings tattoo. Check out a vid on Youtube called 'US swimmers get inked'. It's really good!
