@whiskeyblitz666 The sound that bass got totally shaped the sound of the band. Allowing Kong to fill in for the lack of a rhythm guitarist. And it made our look immediately identifiable. Me with my Flying V and him with his Stenberger.

@whiskeyblitz666 From day one Overlorde didn't fit the look of a standard metal band. I had glasses initially. Kong was really heavy (hence his nickname). And our songwriting and approach took a bit of a different path (remember, we started in 1985). That Steinberger bass is one of the very first ever made, serial number is under 150. He bought it new in 1984.

when u said weak, i took it as if u were syaing it sou8nds weak like it sounds pussy...i just took ur comment a diffrent way, but yes it would LOOK a millino times better if it was a standard bass

I never questioned his ability to play. Nor did I question the sound of the bass. However I did question the bass's ability to look bad ass on stage. It doesn't. It looks weak. But if you had read my post, maybe you would have been able to stay on topic.
Music is great by the way.
