I'm Grandma Tzeitel in a production coming up in August, so it's fun to see so many interpretations of Grandma and Fruma Sarah. Nice job!

ours was cooler because firasarah was in a giant rolling dress it was awesome and when my mom was in high school she played grandma zitel

We're Doing this Play in May this year. I got casted as Golde... This Was Amazing... I hope to do as well as Anyone on the stage... Sides the ghosts... they were a bit pitchy

Looks like that doesn't it? They used inexpensive white plastic masks. Added a frightening element I think.

And to add: In this scene, the ghost "Fruma Sarah" makes a dramatic appearance about halfway into the scene to voice her strong displeasure that Tevye has blessed the marriage of his daughter to her widowed husband Lazar Wolf. At the scenes conclusion, Golde has bought into the idea that Tzeitel should instead marry the poor tailor Motel Kamzoil instead of the rich butcher! Note: Teyve "made up" the dream so his wife would be the one to suggest they break their marriage bargain with the butcher.
